The renovation work that led to the creation of the Park around the luxury villa was completed in June 2016.
Villa Caratti’s Park contains not only centuries-old plants but also new plant species that aim to enrich the flora that surrounds the luxury villa and allow its guests to enjoy the peace and quiet of this wonderful reserve surrounded by greenery.
Inside the Park that surrounds the villa with a pool you can take a walk through nature and immerse yourself in her scents and colours.

The modernisation project of Villa Caratti ended with the installation of an infinity pool: the exclusive outdoor infinity pool of the luxury villa.
Thanks to its elegant appearance, the infinity pool represents the link between the luxury property and the surrounding garden: a large paved space, in neutral colours, that invites moments of relaxation and conviviality.
It’s an area equipped for guests, complete with garden furniture such as chairs, armchairs and tables, ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor dishes.
Here the guests of the villa with a pool can cool off after a session in the gym (located right inside the villa) or, after sunbathing on the poolside, take some time in the flower garden.
The infinity pool is perfectly suited to the natural environment that surrounds the luxury villa and - what's more - its guests can admire the amazing view of one of the most beautiful places in Italy: Lake Garda.
